Only one position can be advertised per job advertisement. This provides a better overview and clearer categorization.
You can publish as many job advertisements as you like at the same time. Please note: Only one job profile can be published per job ad, because each profile requires a suitable categorization within the noracares search engine. This is the only way to ensure that your job ad is found by the right candidates.

If the payment process cannot be completed, there may be several reasons for this, please check:
- whether you have entered all your bank details correctly (account number, credit card number, cardholder, IBAN, ...)
- whether you have not mixed data from different payment methods (e.g. account number for credit card payment)
- whether your credit card is still valid and whether the security code has been entered correctly
- whether your payment data has been blocked by the payment service provider
- whether there are server problems that prevent the data from being passed on to the payment service provider

Invoices are always issued at the end of the cycle together with the caregiver. The basis of the fee note is always the daily rate specified in the work contract. This is multiplied by the number of working days completed, plus the travel allowance.
In accordance with statutory regulations, you can withdraw from your contractual relationship within 14 days of concluding the contract. You can read the exact conditions in our terms and conditions.

A person in need of care is someone who is limited in their independence due to age-related or illness-related restrictions or impairments and is therefore dependent on care or support from others. Restrictions occur in at least one of these six areas:
